The products are good but some of my order was shippped from the US which isn’t made clear when the order is placed so I was not able to make a choice about whether I wanted to contribute to climate change in this way.

Products arrive swiftly and are a pleasure to use. They have truly transformed my very dry, fragile skin.

Honestly this cream has transformed my skin! I could not wear skirts /shorts last summer, I could not get my legs waxed or wear tan as my skin was so dry it was cracking and bleeding. Prescription creams were not working, within two weeks of trying this , my legs did not look like mine, it was amazing!! Thank you for this wonderful product, I could not be without it now !

It was very easy to access the website and select the items for order. The process of placing the order was very simple, quick and efficient and then the follow up feedback to confirm the order was excellent.

Great customer service! My order was returned back to Ameliorate and Shiona (the customer services rep) sorted this out for me within a couple of minutes by putting through a replacement. Look forward to receiving the delivery of these items.

States All new customers that register get 15%off the first order you don't I contacted them via email to be told you have to spend a minimum of 70 pounds to qualify for the 15%in these times not a great welcome for new customers.
